“How to get a chicken out of a bottle”

My friend was taking this class. i forgot what class its called, but they were talking about this. Her teacher gave them the whole year to figure this out. To find the answer your suppose to be very open minded and her teacher said the answer doesnt really have much to do with the chicken. haha, so it made me think. a lot.

There actually a story that goes with this: A farmer got a chicken egg and placed it into a bottle. it grew full size and he wants to get the chicken out without hurting it.

Well i guess that you have to imagine yourself as the chicken, and the bottle is the society/government/media/etc. They are making you think that you have to live your life a certain way. (grow up, be smart, make money, have kids, raise them, then die) and you feel like youre in that “bottle”. You can get yourself out whenever you want to but you dont try. you just live your life like that because everyone els is. you are not living your own life, your living someone els’s. [that sounds really confusing haha] but for example; There are two people in the world, they do the exact same thing. [grow up, fall in love, etc.] even though they’re not the same person. (does that make sense?) They might, um, listen to music. Maybe one likes Rock and the other one like idk… pop. But that doesnt matter, they are still listening to music right? they are living the exact same life. So there is a “cycle” going on and that cycle is also the bottle. You should live life the way you want to, not the way someone els is living. If you want to live it how everyone els is living then, go ahead and stay in the bottle. or you could go out of that “bottle” and live life the way you want to. You only get to live life once so live it how you want to live it.

My Answer: there is no bottle.

A message to teens who tumblr about their parents when they’re frustrated/pissed.

Please don’t. Just because your parents aren’t giving you what you want or “need” doesn’t mean there is not a good reason why. They are your parents. They know what is best for you. They have sacrificed a good deal for you, just to keep you alive and well. When “ranting” or just plain going off on tumblr about how your parents aren’t treating you right and don’t understand you is pretty disrespectful. Turning to the internet and talking about your parents behind their back? How do you think your parents feel? It makes your parents look bad. You don’t know what and how it feels to be a parent. They have experienced a lot more than you have. You’ll realize at some point in your life that you wasted a great deal of time disrespecting your parents.

I am saying this because I have done it. I’ve realized how disrespectful I’ve been and I’ve been crying all day. I have been crying from being so hurtful and horrible to my parents. My heart is broken because of the love I should have been showing them rather than anger and annoyance at certain times. They don’t deserve it. I just want everyone to realize that, your parents deserve better. They deserve to be treated with respect and love. So, go to your mom or your dad. Tell them you’re sorry. Tell them that you love them and tell them you respect them regardless of your imperfection. Respect is a big thing to them.

We are all human. We make mistakes. We are teenagers. We’re still learning about this thing we call life.

Well tumblr is like , hmmm lets say ……… A JOURNAL [:

So you telling people to not write whats on their mind …. ?

Then later on the people can see what they wrote about .

MySpace = you can pimp out your profile, add music to your page, & it doesn’t say shit like, ” [insert name here] has written something on [insert name here] wall.

Facebook = no pimping profile, plain ass boring profile, no music to jam on your page, too much people can stalk you, BORRRRINGGG.

LOL ~ well facebook is for actually having contections with people . and your exactly right myspace is just for your profile , thats why its so boring and there could be SO much fakes. i lasted myspace with a fake email. thasstupid -.- ALSO its not for old people just above your class (: so i REALLY dont think you should be talking ^ ^ . and btw im younger than you [: so you cant say im old … im just more muture/better^.
